What is redispersible polymer powder (RDP/VAE）？

RDP/VAE is made by spray-drying special water-based emulsion. Mostly based on EVA( Ethylene-vinyl acetate-copolymer).  And can be dispersed in water and re-emulsified to form a stable emulsion, in addition to reaching the superior performance of EVA emulsion , it provides excellent convenience and reliability in the storage and transportation.

VAE redispersible polymer powder is used together with cement , gypsum and other inorganic cementitious materials, it can enhance the adhesion strength and adhesive force between mortar and ordinary support, improve cohesive strength and workability of mortar and greatly improve the tensile strength of materials and anti-Bending degree.

Storage:

It should be stored in a cool, dry place.

It is recommended to use up once for all after opening the bag, so as not to be affected by moisture.

Its useful life is six months, and it should be used as early as possible under high temperature and wet conditions to avoid increasing agglomeration probability.

Because of the thermoplaticity of powder, the stacked height of the product is not allowed to exceeding the pallet.
